Shade
So in the bottle this polish appears to be a turquoise/ sea green with a gold shimmer. However, it pretty much flashes blue on the nail when applied by itself without any layering. If you apply it over black, it will look predominantly green with flashes of blue at extreme angles.
This polish stands a tad short of being a true duo-chrome. I mean the kind of finger gymnastics I've had to go to see the shift is crazy. But yes, it does shift from blue to green.

Formula
The formula on this polish is pretty good. It's kind of thin and watery but doesn't flood your cuticles and it applies very easily. No dragging our pulling. However, this is a very sheer polish and I'd call it a topper rather than a usual polish.
I must mention that removal is a little difficult, coz no matter how tiny, it is still a glitter polish at the end of the day.

Application
Here's the fun part lmao. Applied by itself, this polish would require somewhere between 3-4 coats for full coverage. It still wouldn't be completely opaque though, I mean if you're like me and nit pick too much.
When layered over black, you'll get a better colour shift. I've layered this over Black is Back from Essence. You can just add one layer over black for a more green look or two coats for a more shifty colour. I've included all these looks in my swatches so you can get a better idea.

Longevity
I've had absolutely no issues here. This polish stayed put amazingly well on its own. I had a little problem when I layered it over black, but that's probably because of my base colour not holding well.

Final Thoughts
I love this polish! I especially love how amazing this looks over black. Both one coat and two coats over black are my favourite ways to wear this. Would definitely recommend.
