Colorbar Stark Blue is a beautiful peacock blue shade with turquoise micro shimmer. The bottle holds 15ml of polish.
Unfortunately, this shade has now been discontinued.

Shade
I love peacocks and peacock blue is one of my favorite colours. The peacock blue shade combined with the turquoise shimmers makes for a magical polish shade. It looks darker in the bottle than on the nail. This is one shade that looks flattering on both long as well as super short nails.
Another tip is to apply this polish over a black base. It darkens the colour just the right amount and it transforms into an equally gorgeous dark sea blue.
You absolutely need a glossy top coat over this polish to get that shiny, shimmery effect. On it's own, this polish dries a little dull. The top coat is what brings it to life. This, however, is the case with most shimmer polishes.

Formula & Application
I wouldn't say the formula for this polish is great. It is sheer, and on long nails you would need three coats for full opacity. On my short nails, I could get away with two medium coats. It is prone to bubbling on the nail even if you wait for ages between coats. Furthermore, this polish gets goopy pretty quickly. I've had to thin this polish twice and I'm only about half way down the bottle.
You have to be careful of brush strokes with this polish. Even with the top coat, I could see some visible brush strokes on my nails.

Longevity
No issues in this department. Paired with a good top coat, this nail polish will hold up very well.

Final Thoughts
This is a stunning colour and in spite of hassles with the formula, I would still recommend it, if blue is your colour and if you're able to get your hands on one of these bottles. I've yet to come across another such blue polish from an Indian brand.
